By engaging Elite Brush Services for painting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Elite Brush Services provides professional painting services including but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Wall repairs and surface preparation
  • Color consultation services
  • Specialty finishes and textures
  • Commercial painting projects

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Written contracts will outline the scope of work, materials, timeline, and payment terms. Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon completion of work
  • Late payment may result in interest charges

5. Materials and Workmanship

We use high-quality materials and provide skilled workmanship. We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from completion, subject to normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to work areas
  • Moving or protecting personal belongings
  • Ensuring utilities are available as needed
  • Notifying us of any hazardous materials or conditions
  • Obtaining necessary permits (if required)

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed and materials purchased. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for services.

9. Insurance and Licensing

Elite Brush Services is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

10. Weather and Delays

Exterior painting projects may be delayed due to weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, but will make reasonable efforts to complete work in a timely manner.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as specified in the service contract.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, color schemes, and custom work created by Elite Brush Services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

13. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We may use photos of completed work for marketing purposes with your consent.

14. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to new contracts entered into after the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided. Any legal actions must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
